What is a Spider Ball Python?
A thin, web-like reduction of the dark pattern over a clean tan-gold base, giving a distinctive 'spider-web' look. A foundational gene in countless designer combos.

- Dominant, single-gene (a homozygous 'super spider' has never been confirmed — it is presumed non-viable, so spider is always bred het-to-normal).

⚠️ Welfare note: the spider gene is linked to a neurological 'wobble' (head tremor / corkscrewing / loss of coordination) that ranges from mild to severe. Many keepers and several welfare bodies discourage breeding spider for this reason — buyers should be aware before purchasing.
